Mochaccino Torte

laced with mocha syrup, followed by a thin layer of white chocolate mousse;
add a layer of chocolate cake followed by a layer of cappuccino mousse. All
this is wrapped with a chocolate striped almond sponge and topped with half

Strawberry Passion

Our expert baker starts with a white sponge cake laced with an orange syrup
and adds white mousse naturally flavored with the juices of the passion
fruit; drop in some plump fresh red strawberries and finish with more
mousse. The cake is wrapped in a white chocolate band while the center is
decorated with a white and chocolate shell with a fresh strawberry in it. A
gourmet treat fit for a king or queen!
Fresh Orange Mousse

If you like oranges, you'll love this torte. We start with a white sponge
cake laced with orange syrup; next, an orange mousse is made with the zest
of fresh oranges; a layer of yellow cake is added and topped with more
orange mousse. We glaze the top of the torte with apricot glaze and dip
fresh orange slices partially in an excellent chocolate coverture.
Chocolate Ganache

It's said we should call this cake "Death by Chocolate". Three
layers of chocolate sponge cake laced with syrup are sandwiched with two
layers of our own cooked chocolate custard. A thin coating of chocolate
buttercream is applied. We combine chocolate coverature and real, pure heavy
cream to make a pourable ganache and cover the whole cake with this mixture.
Add some prestigious chocolate and white striped hearts and you have a cake
"to die for".
Raspberry Passion

Made from white sponge cake and our own cooked raspberry jam, this unusual
cake is created in a dome shaped bowl. It's filled with a mousse made with
natural juice from the passion fruit and natural juices from fresh
raspberries. Two layers of cake are topped with raspberry jam and sandwiched
with mousse. The cake is covered with an apricot glaze and a hand-made gum
paste lily decorates the center.
Strawberry Mousse

flavor. We create a strawberry mousse by using only the natural juices of
fresh strawberries and place real, fresh strawberries in the mousse. Cover
the whole torte with fresh strawberries and wrap with a band of pure white

Lemon Mousse Torte
Made with the zest and juices of fresh lemons, this cake will tickle your
taste buds. The bottom of the torte has a white sponge cake base laced with
a mild lemon syrup and covered with a thin lemon filling. The lemon mousse
is placed next followed by a layer of yellow cake and then more lemon
